Chiropractic Health Center Cancellation Policy

Our goal at the Chiropractic Health Center is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have a No-Show/Same Day cancellation or rescheduling policy.



The policy is as follows:



If you cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text our office at 626-793-9915. If you do so prior to the 24-hour cut-off, you will avoid all cancellation charges. 



Please be courteous by calling or texting if you are running more than five minutes late. More than 15 minutes, you are at risk of being rescheduled to a later time/date or being charged a late fee.



For all new patients, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance upon completion of the original appointment day. If the initial appointment is rescheduled more than once you forfeit the deposit. 



After two consecutive same-day cancellations, your rescheduled appointment will need to be made the same day you are wanting to be seen. We cannot hold an appointment for you. 



Please be kind and give us 24 hours advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that emergencies and delays can happen, and that will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and being considerate.
